What this is

voltakit.app is a blog published by Yuke LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It is not a product, a service or a platform. There is nothing to buy here, no account to create, and the only thing you can hand over is an email address for the newsletter.

The articles are information, not advice

These articles quote fee schedules, payout timings, refund behaviour and tax treatment. All of it is written up in good faith, dated, and cited to the provider's own published terms - and all of it can change the week after publication without us noticing. Providers also apply different terms by country, by account age and by risk assessment, so what a rail charges you may not be what it charged us.

Nothing here is financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and none of it creates a professional relationship. Check the numbers against the provider before you make a decision that depends on them. If you find an error, tell us at hello@voltakit.app and we will correct the article and say that we did.

Independence and disclosure

Where an article discusses something we built or own, it says so on the page. Where a placement has been paid for, it says that too. We do not accept payment for a recommendation, and no partner reviews an article before it is published. Every external figure is cited to a source that is not one of our own sites.

The newsletter

Subscribing is free and double opt-in: you get one confirmation email, and nothing else until you click it. You can unsubscribe from any email or at /unsubscribe, and we do not need a reason. See the privacy policy for what happens to the address itself.

Using what is here

The articles, and the site around them, belong to Yuke LLC. Quote from them, link to them and cite them freely - that is what they are for. Republishing a whole article, or using this material to train a model that reproduces it, needs written permission first. Trademarks and product names belonging to other companies are theirs, and appear here because the articles are about them.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available, current or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Consumer protection rights you hold in your own country of residence are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top is the only notice you will get, so it is the one thing worth checking.
